TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Note: The Booking will be terminated at midnight 0000 hours and new duty slip will be prepared.
Note:
  1. GST will be extra as applicable.
  2. All time and Km readings will begin and end at garage
  3. Toll taxes, Permit charges, Parking charges and Border taxes are extra at actuals.
  4. A booking shall be considered terminated at 2400 Hrs and thereafter, shall be treated as a fresh booking.
  5. In Case of inter city travel, no. of days shall be calendar days.
  6. Driver Bhatta is applicable on or before 8.00 am and on/after 8.00 pm.
  7. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad/Secunderabad jurisdiction only.
  8. Other Categories rates available on request.
  9. Payment should be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the bill.
Note: Bookings for more than 4 hours or 40 kms will be considered as FULL DAY For outstation tours minimum number of kilometres will be 300 kms per day.
